We specialize in helping women get the most enjoyment out of their bodies.

Acupuncture and herbal medicine can be magic for helping achieve regular, pain free menstrual cycles, fertility goals (male and female), and an easy, balanced menopause transition. Our acupunturists have trained extensively in women's and reproductive health to help you feel comfortable and at home in your body and mind in all phases of our cycles.

Sports Injuries, acute and chronic, respond incredibly well to acupuncture. Our acupuncturists have advanced techniques to provide pain relief, rapidly accelerate healing, and get you back into your favorite fitness routines.

Menstrual cycles out of control?

A common reason people come to acupuncture is if their menstrual cycles have gotten out control. Between the psychological and physiological ramifications of menstrual cycles, many women struggle for over half their cycle.

Other women of reproductive age, for various reasons, have very irregular or infrequent periods.

We specialize in helping women have less problematic periods through Classical East Asian diagnostic techniques and specialized treatment protocols. They usually find that besides having more balanced menstrual cycles, they also feel generally healthier, more vibrant and with emotional ease.

Trying to become pregnant?

Acupuncture and Herbal medicine are excellent at helping couples grow their families. Both women and men can benefit from the balancing treatments.

Wherever you are along your pregnancy journey: you've just come off of birth control, you've been trying for a while, you're preparing for Assisted Reproductive Therapy, or currently in an IVF cycle, acupuncture and/or herbal medicine can help increase your chances of achieving a pregnancy and eventually, a real live baby!

Our acupuncturists are up to date on current research as well as the Classical East Asian diagnoses and techniques that increase fertility for both men and women.

Injury or Pain preventing you from enjoying your body?

For many of our athletic clients, an injury that prevents them from enjoying your favorite fitness routines is doubly catastrophic. Not only are they in pain, but they are also sidelined from their favorite activities, their social circle, and self care. This kind of injury, besides being physical, is potentially social and emotional too.

Acupuncture is well known for relieving pain and speeding the healing process for many common sports injuries, such as back pain, tendoinits, bursitis, repetitive stress injuries, many knee injuries, annd plantar fasciitis, among others.

Our acupuncturists have advanced training in diagnosing and treating sports injuries so you can get back to enjoying movement, your body, and your favorite ways to use it!

Our Acupuncture Physicians

Our acupuncture physicians teamed up because they are both in a committed, life-long love affair with Classical East Asian Medicine. Besides being accomplished acupuncturists, they are both expert herbalists and enjoy creating custom herbal formulas that yield often miraculous results. They share a common view that the Body and the Mind are the same, and treatment should be designed in order to balance both. When treating a patient, communication and consent is the first and most important thing. We both agree that the foundation of treatment is the patient-practitioner relationship, and the practitioner must create an environment of safety and trustworthiness.
